Return and Exchange policy

Due to the nature of products, returns or exchanges are not offered or accepted on underwear, swimwear, or intimates. Clearance, sale or promotional items are not eligible for a return.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 10 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or credit store. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Jimmy Trendy. If you ask for a refund, as a small business we appreciate to exchange or accept store credit . We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.

 

International Return and Exchange Policy

Right now we are not able to return any goods purchased outside the United States. As such, any purchase of goods is final. We continuously review this policy, as it is important for us to know that our customers are entirely happy with their Jimmy Trendy products.

Any Clearance Sale orders

All clearance sale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions may be upheld in special circumstances. Email info@jimmytrendy.com for more details.

How to Return or Exchange

Please email us at info@jimmytrendy.com and state your name, email, order number, and which goods you wish to return. We’d love to hear your feedback too (it helps us to make our trendies better).

Processing time

If you have requested an exchange, we will process it as quickly as possible upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when processed. Refunds are also processed shortly after receipt.
